Actually the three evil peeps are chasing each other (actually Evil Ryu's plain being chased and he's looking back in question).

If anyone here's into R/S fan-fiction you should know why Dark Sakura's after him... it's so obvious then, no?
Akuma's after him obviously with murderous intent and desperate for a re-match-- and after Dark Sakura for the same reason she's chasing Evil Ryu.

Dark Sakura: Vile-J you f*n disgusting little shit I'll get you for this.
Vile-J: .......shut it, woman. >>; I'll do with you what I wish.

But if you wanna be serious about it, I wanted to draw the three of them together. I plan to do another featuring them. Evil Ryu's colors are taken from whichever Street Fighter 3 I think that Master Ryu is in.

It's up to you if they're actually teleporting or solid and doing a constant dash similar to how they'd all do in Street Fighter EX# and Marvel vs Street Fighter (I have these games so I know) which explains the dust.
